Reflexology for fertility

Fertility reflexology aims to support natural conception by helping create the most balanced emotional and physical environment for pregnancy. Stress can place pressure on the body’s systems, including those involved in reproductive health. By deeply relaxing the body and calming the mind, reflexology may help bring the hormonal and reproductive systems back into a more harmonious state.

Experiencing fertility challenges can be an especially sensitive and emotional journey. Reflexology may help to:

  • Support hormonal balance

  • Create a more balanced internal environment for conception
Reflexology and IVF

According to the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), fertility medications such as clomiphene, buserelin and puregon—used to regulate hormone cycles and stimulate ovulation—do not appear to be affected by reflexology. There is no reason why reflexology cannot be received alongside these treatments, and many people find it a helpful source of relaxation during their fertility journey.
